This system can be adapted to food-grade freezer plants, and is equipped with anti-condensation devices on the multihead weigher.
The anti-condensation device can solve the problem that when the multihead weigher weighs frozen materials, due to the low temperature of the external frozen material, there is a large temperature difference between the outside temperature of the multihead weigher and the inside of the machine, so that condensation occurs on the surface of the electrical circuit board inside the equipment, which may cause circuit damage. Technical issues with short circuits, ensuring dryness inside the multihead weigher.
Built-in buffer aggregate and anti-crushing rubber pad, the hopper is slowed down and the body is shortened, which can effectively prevent the material from breaking and sticking.
