Drive sprocket wheels act to transmit engine energy to the following sprocket wheels. The torque is in the opposite direction to the rotational speed. So the torque of following sprocket wheels needs to be in the same direction as the rotational speed do, to receive the mechanical energy transmitted from the drive sprocket wheel.

• Report function: the built-in report can generate in EXCEL format showing real-time data can be automatically. The user can export the data via the external USB interface so as to update the production. Moreover, the check weigher comes with default parameters setting, and capacity to save different parameters set by the user.

• Interface function (optional): standard interface is ready for data management, which is workable to communicate with PC and other intelligent devices

• Self-learning (customized design): when there are new parameters are set, no need to re-set the parameter until next production of the same product. The self-learning function intends to save the information automatically for shifting different products’ weight checking.
