Operational Workflow

Workers place boxes on the filling conveyor, which rotates one station at a time. When the box reaches the filling sauce station, the system detects the signal and activates the sauce pump.
The box transfers to the next station where peppers are dispensed by the multihead weigher (while workers continuously add peppers to the weigher hopper, maintaining the preset target weight).
After pepper filling, the box moves to the oil filling station where the oil pump activates to complete the filling process.
The finished product proceeds to the check weigher for final weight verification.
