TOUPACK Food X-Ray Inspection Machines provide an inline solution for detecting foreign objects inside packaged food products without opening the package. By measuring differences in X-ray attenuation, the system can identify target contaminants such as stainless steel, glass and ceramic, and can also be applied to other detectable high-density foreign objects depending on the product and inspection conditions.

The TTX Series is available in different detecting widths and heights to accommodate different package dimensions and production requirements. Depending on the selected model, the detecting width ranges from 240 mm to 600 mm, while detecting height ranges from 170 mm to 350 mm.

The system supports conveyor speeds of 10–70 m/min and features an industrial touchscreen HMI, LAN and USB connectivity, SUS304 construction and detachable protective curtains. Alarm and machine-stop functions are provided, with automatic rejection available as an optional configuration.

TOUPACK X-ray inspection systems can be integrated into food production lines for snacks, nuts, frozen food, meat, seafood and other packaged food applications.

Detection sensitivity should always be verified using the actual product, packaging and representative foreign-object test samples before finalizing an inspection solution.

The use of X-ray imaging technology, can bepackagedproducts,bulk products, solid test objects for internal and defects onthedetection. Among the types of foreign objects to be detected include:metal, bone, glass, ceramics, stone, PVC, rubber, and so on.
